1. What we collect

We collect account information (email and authentication data), connected mailbox configuration, order and shipment data parsed from emails, optional inventory and sales records you enter, and app usage diagnostics needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use data

We use data to provide order tracking, shipment updates, inventory workflows, notifications, troubleshooting, and support. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Email and shipment processing

If you connect an email account, we process selected message content needed to detect orders, statuses, quantities, and tracking numbers. For shipment tracking, we may use providers such as WhereParcel and process webhook updates.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use first-party cookies for authentication/session security and may use browser local storage for app preferences. These are required for core app functionality.

5. Data sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the product (for example, hosting, database, email/shipment integrations, and optional Discord/QBO integrations you enable).

6. Retention and deletion

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal/operational purposes. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting support.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is guaranteed to be 100% secure.

8. Your rights
