By using ParcelPort, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.

3. Permitted use

You may use the service for lawful business/personal tracking workflows. You may not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform.

4. Integrations and third parties

Features may rely on third-party services (email providers, shipment providers, optional Discord/QBO). Availability and correctness of third-party data are outside our control.

5. Data and privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we process and why.

6. Service changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including features and limits, with or without notice.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security or operational risks.
